Community Outreach

We believe.... TransNational is a firm believer in giving back to the community. That is why we give our employees one paid day a year to volunteer with any charity of their choice. From Christmas Adopt-A-Family programs to Habitat for Humanity, we have made a stand to make a difference!

What our clients are saying

“Few things are as hard to witness as the effects of overwhelming poverty, hunger, and dirt in a place like a city trash dump. However, no super hero story compares to the awesomeness of seeing in person a community of determined people rising up against all odds out of a situation like that. Being invited to witness, and even assist, in that epic is one of the most significant and wonderful things I've ever been a part of.” — Aaron

“We have found the customer service experience with TransNational vastly superior to other providers. We are treated with great respect and ownership has been taken on every issue until resolution met!” — Southside Fellowship

“Rarely has as supplier given us such complete cooperation. We sincerely appreciate your responsiveness and the way you conduct your business.” — Cindy, Automotive Market

“We had a bank come in confident they could beat your rates or they would give us $500. They could not, so they lowered the fees they charge and did not give us $500. We did not go with them. No one can beat your customer service.” — Becky, Retail Market

“I just wanted to tell you that your system is more streamlined and user friendly than the past ones we've used. In addition to being more cost effective, it has turned out to be a savings for us in timeliness as well. Thanks for providing a superior product!” — Nyle, Non-Profit

“After almost a full year with TransNational, I felt it was time to acknowledge what a superb partner your firm has been - in all aspects - from customer service and tech support, to collections and deposits. For the FIRST time in my 11 years in the retail business, I can honestly say I have no worries when it comes to my credit card processing. ” — Symeon, Retail Market

“Whenever I have a question or concern, the staff at TransNational handle it promptly, and with such personal attention that I, as a customer, am under the impression that I'm their only customer.” — Ed, Retail Market

“It has been amazing to be here and see a very small business grow into a solid medium business; now positioning itself to become, not just a large business, but a leader in our industry. Yet I feel like we are just beginning.” — J.K., Sales Mgr

“Just a short note to let you know that after several years with your service, we are still very pleased to be finding cost savings and excellent quality.” — Sarah, Automotive Market

ORPHANetwork

TransNational has partnered with ORPHANetwork with a mission of seeing orphaned and vulnerable Nicaraguan children fully realizing their God-given purpose.

Today, ORPHANetwork is partnered with two Nicaraguan orphanages as well as four community ourteach and feeding center projects.  TransNational fully supports the Nueva Vida feeding center; feeding 700 children a day!  In November 2010, TransNational organized their first group mission trip.  Six TransNational employees and the CEO of the company traveled to Nicaragua for six days serving abandoned and starving children in the poorest Spanish speaking country in the world.

Fellowship Housing

TransNational supports Fellowship Housing  - a Chicago suburb nonprofit organization that helps homeless single mothers and children.

Fellowship does not provide emergency shelter, but instead concentrates on its two-year transitional housing program that offers mentoring, financial counseling and help in securing employment.  During its 20 years in the Northwest suburbs, it has helped more than 300 families, with more than 90% of them successfully graduating from the program and moving on to independent living.  Thus, their slogan "homelessness to hope one family at a time".

Compassion International

TransNational provides help to mothers and children through Compassion's Child Survival Program.

Imagine giving birth in a grass hut on a mud floor.  No doctor, no help available in case of an emergency.  Every day 1,500 mothers and 10,000 newborns die during childbirth.  Tragically, 24,000 children under age 5 die every day, mostly from preventable diseases.  Every dollar contributed by TransNational employees is matched by the company to help 49 mothers and 48 children in Marri Valassa, a tiny village in Northern India.
